We aim to make all deliveries between 9am & 4pm.
On the occasion that the recipient is not home, we will look for a secure place such as a porch to leave the order. Failing this we will then try a neighbour and leave a calling card with details. If all of these methods fail we will be in touch for collection or rescheduling of delivery, further delivery fees may apply for rescheduling.


Collections are available from our L25 address, usually these are from 12pm but we will contact you if any issues, please be mindful that we operate from a home based studio meaning we are located in a residential setting.


We are able to cancel an order and issue full refund  within 14 days of your order being placed. 


If you have any issues with your flowers, please contact us via email with photographs of the issue within 24hours of delivery or collection. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis, we are able to process returns within 14 days but require dated photographic evidence for damaged in transit products or incorrect orders.


Flowers are perishable, fragile goods and should be cared for as such; store away from heat, warmth, direct sunlight, extreme cold temperatures. Keep flowers in fresh cool water (replace water and trim stems every 3-4 days for longevity).
