DELIVERIES

We aim to make all deliveries between 9am & 5pm Tuesday - Friday and between 10am & 2pm on Monday and Saturdays. On the occasion that the recipient is not home, we will look for a secure place such as a porch to leave the order. Failing this we will then try a neighbour and leave a calling card with details. If all of these methods fail we will be in touch for collection or rescheduling of delivery, further delivery fees may apply for rescheduling.

COLLECTIONS

Collections are available from 12pm at our L25 address, please be mindful that we operate from a home based studio meaning we are located in a residential setting.

CANCELLATIONS

We are able to cancel an order and issue full refund  within 14 days of your order being placed. 

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

If you have any issues with your flowers, please contact us via email with photographs of the issue within 24hours of delivery or collection. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis, we are able to process returns within 14 days but require dated photographic evidence for damaged in transit products or incorrect orders.

CARE GUIDANCE

Flowers are perishable, fragile goods and should be cared for as such; store away from heat, warmth, direct sunlight, extreme cold temperatures. Keep flowers in fresh cool water (replace water every 3-4 days for longevity).
